WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO WITH AI?

AFTER LONDON TECH WEEK, THE REAL QUESTION IS

You’ll hear the trends, tools, predictions, and big promises. This session helps you turn all that noise into a clear, usable decision system for your own business.

In 90 minutes, you’ll identify where AI can genuinely help, where it is a distraction, and what your next practical experiment should be.

❌ No hype

❌ No endless tool parade

❌ No pressure to automate everything

Just sharper thinking, better decisions,
and a clear next move.

This is the kind of thinking founders usually pay thousands for in a consulting or advisory context.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH

Designed to be the most insightful 90 minutes you’ll spend this week.

01

AN AI NOISE FILTER

Gain new confidence in your ability to call AI BS. Understand what AI is, what it isn't, and how to quickly judge whether a new tool deserves your attention — every time something drops. Less overwhelm. Less chasing. More confidence in every AI decision you make.

02

A MAP OF WHERE AI BELONGS IN YOUR WORK

Learn the Human / Delegate / Automate framework for a clear way to map your work and know what to protect, what to hand off, and what to automate. Built for how founders actually operate. Move from ad hoc experimentation to deliberate, high-value AI use.

03

A WAY TO SPOT REAL OPPORTUNITIES

Most founders have already tried something. The question isn't where to start, it's how to tell a genuine opportunity from an interesting tool. Know how to tell the difference between a useful AI use case and an interesting distraction before you invest time finding out the hard way.

04

HOW TO DESIGN YOUR NEXT AI EXPERIMENT

Learn the criteria for choosing one practical, high-value experiment — specific, bounded, and worth running. Leave with a clear path from insight to action.

05

FOUNDER-READY FRAMEWORK KIT

Templates for clarity, workflow mapping, tool evaluation, and experiment design — yours to use and reuse long after the session. It will keep your feet on the ground and in charge, even as AI continues to accelerate and evolve.

MEET YOUR HOSTS

orient(ai)tion is an AI advisory practice helping founders and organisations move from scattered AI activity to deliberate, high-value use through workshops, webinars, and small-group sessions that build real AI fluency without the hype.

ERIN EISINGER

has spent 20+ years making complex things make sense for leadership teams, product organisations, and founders navigating what's next.

Her work spans digital strategy, UX research, creative direction, and product leadership, with clients including Aflac, Bose, Johnson & Johnson, Shell Recharge, and QNB Finansbank. She's built and led companies, taught human-centred design at Northeastern and Istanbul Technical University, spoken at international forums from New York to Chengdu, and consulted across three continents.

These days, most of that work centres on AI: helping founders and organisations cut through the noise, build real fluency, and make decisions they can actually stand behind.

She holds a Master's of Design from Carnegie Mellon University, has been recognised for her work with global organisations, and has a reputation for making complicated things feel surprisingly clear.

She leads orient(ai)tion.

OZLEM TUSKAN

has spent 30+ years helping leaders and brands find their edge, across four continents, and in some of the most competitive markets in the world.

She has advised Google, L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, Adidas, Diageo, and the Ritz-Carlton, among others, on brand strategy, innovation, and the kind of leadership that holds up under pressure. She works with founders and senior leaders to turn self-doubt into strategic confidence and build careers and companies that last.

She is a founding member of Female Founders Rise, London's community for ambitious women building businesses, and champions female entrepreneurship through the Warwick Innovation District and her private leadership circle, The Resilient C-Suite Club.

Erin and Ozlem have been colleagues and collaborators for years — from Istanbul to Los Angeles to London — and share a conviction that clarity, not complexity, is what moves people forward.

She co-leads this session from that same place.

Together, they'll give you the frameworks, the conversation, and the community to move forward with clarity.

FAQs

  • No, this is an independent event hosted by orient(ai)tion. We scheduled it the last day of London’s Tech Week to give founders and solopreneurs in town for the event a chance to adopt essential frameworks at a deeply discounted rate.

Attendees will need to purchase a spot for this limited-seat event.

  • No. This course is deliberately tool-agnostic and foundational. It's designed for people at any level of AI familiarity. The goal isn't to teach you a specific tool; it's to give you a framework for making good decisions about any tool, now or in the future.

  • Yes, often more so. If you've been experimenting without a clear framework, this course helps you evaluate what's actually working, what isn't, and where your real opportunities are. Many people find it reframes decisions they've already made.

  • The Q&A at the end of the session is open. Bring questions or ask about anything that came up during the course.

  • The worksheets are structured templates that accompany each step of the framework. They're designed to make the framework immediately actionable for your specific business, not a generic checklist.

  • This is a live session designed for a small group. While there may be a photographer capturing the event, a recording will not be made available after the event.

  • This course is one part of what orient(ai)tion does. For teams and organizations, there are workshops and advisory programs. For those who want to keep thinking and questioning together, there are deliber(ai)tions — small-group virtual discussions. Get in touch to find out what might be the right fit.
